After becoming qualified at Reiki Level 1 it is generally recommended that a gap of 1-3 months occurs before you undertake your Level 2 training. This enables sufficient time to align with the energy & offers a period of time to dedicate & heal yourself.
At Level 2 you learn the Reiki symbols which qualify you to heal the general public as well as provide distance Reiki healing.
